This is a great concoction for treating cellulite, aiding bladder infections, providing natural diuresis-like activity for the kidneys and overall detoxification.
- 28 oz water in a 30 oz water bottle or mason jar
- 4 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2 TBL freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6-8 drops stevia drops
- *2-4 bags (optional) decaffeinated chai tea for spice
Add all ingredients to a water bottle, to go cup or mason jar.
