My name is Cristina and I graduated from Everest Institute in 2016. I had been on and off with massage but have a total of about 7 years. Between my massage career breaks I was teaching indoor cycling classes and medical insurance billing. My specialty is deep tissue and sports massage. A new found specialty that I have picked up is Reiki and it’s a form of energy healing!
My interact with massage started when I was an athlete. Back in the day I was did cross country, swimming, and lacrosse. I’ve always been interested in the sports medicine aspect of every sport. I love to create a healing and therapeutic atmosphere in every session. My massage approach is to ensure that my technique is tailored to every body.
While I’m not at work, I’m at home with my two kitties, one dog, one child, and fiance. We have a full house and it keeps me busy which I love. Now that I’m not playing sports I’ve been getting back into weight lifting. And I am working on my pre-requisites for a RN Program.
